    @robdoubletrouble The best exercise to lose weight you do with your FORK. Additionally, if you also wish to change the composition of your body (add muscle and lose fat) then a very effective training method is high intensity interval strength training – not steady state cardiovascular exercise. Most of the workouts on my channel are high intensity interval strength training workout routines. This training method burns fat fastest. They change the entire composition of the body.

    @robdoubletrouble any cardio excercise helps for loosing weight. But ya running Helps alot. its just that some excercise want to help lose wieght while still gaining muscle. Just a bit of excercising multitasking

    @robdoubletrouble Several large weight loss studies suggest that high intensity interval weight training is significantly more effective at reducing body fat percentage and total body weight than traditional steady state exercises like running. If you enjoy running though, keep doing it.

    @TheOneAndOnlyMike69 What you consume after the workout is dependent on what your goals are. The research on when and what to eat before, during and after a workout isn’t conclusive. However, some research suggests that people consume a liquid meal replacement within 30-minutes of the completion of their workout. Personally, I like EAS brand meal replacement shakes because I like the taste and they are lower in sugar than most brands. I add berries to mine for flavor and increased nutrition.

    @SuperLatras The number of calories that you burn is influenced by several variables like gender, body weight and intensity level. This is a high intensity workout. That said, most people will burn about 8 – 20 calories per minute with this workout.
