How to get sexy toned legs like celebs (How to lose weight episode 2)

Hi everyone , so i had been focused on my makeup tutorials , products reviews and outfit videos for a while , and i decided to upload my second episode of the “how to lose weight in a healthy way ” video . This episode gives you three tips to get sexy toned legs like celebs :) And i didn’t really recommend running or other aerobic exercises cos you have to be really persistent and it’s time – consuming and it’s very easy to get muscles you don’t want on your body :P So The three tips i talked about in my video are something really work for me and it’s easy to do as weel ! i hope it will help you guys too :) if you have any questions , pls comment below and have a wonderful day !     @PandorasPalette so…this wont make my legs bigger? i mean dosnt muscle make them big? well…..i dont eat pretty healthy..XD and its emberessing when they jiggle in public…i cant wear shorts. but this year 2012 i have my plan to eat healthy :) thanks for your reply….

    @AlwaysOriginalForME Hi, everyone has different case. Sounds like you have more fat than muscles on your legs. When you work out, it will basically tighten your leg and change fat to muscles. The best way however is to eat less and more healthy! use both exercise and diet.

    help me!! i have big legs…and when i move them they jiggle…but when im standing straight they are as hard as a rock!! should i work out? but wiil this make them bigger?? HELP ME PLEASE!! :(

    Hello! Have you heard the talk about – fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my father got hot Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

    Oh hello! Have you considered – fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my father got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

    The key to getting toned calves is to walk around on the balls of your feet, or on your toes regularly around the house. Though it might be uncomfortable, it works like a charm. To tone your thighs you need to do a super stretch workout just before a long run, then stretch again afterwards.
    If all else fails, get a boyfriend and practice reverse cowgirl.

    1. Look up “free meal planner” on google, something should come up.
    2. Get all the information from what you eat on one normal week.
    3. Also look up your basal metabolism and add how many calories you spend during a normal week.
    3. Now, if your intake is higher than your spent amount of calories, and you’re not gaining nor losing weight – decrease your intake by 500 calories per day.
    4. With that diet (with the same amount of training) you should lose 1 pound of fat per week.

    @AmbzKyu13 it might be partly genetic, and if you don’t like to eat food with lots of fibers, it might affect your metabolism too…but i can’t suggest you any food since i don’t know what kinda food you’re picking on?

    I’m 5’9″, a little bit over the overweight side, but i have been playing sports since i was 7. I’ve played basketball for 9 years (going on 10 this year!) and volleyball for 5 years and i did track for a year. I don’t understand how i can not be losing weight. I have toned legs from volleyball, track, and dancing. but then my mother told me its my diet. im VERY picky. Do you know any foods for picky eaters?
