    Cook 2 russett potatoes in water in microwave about 10 minutes. Lightly scramble 6 egg whites & 2 yolks. Blend in a small amount of water in high blender. Add sea salt. Blend 2 handfuls of spinach, seeds and 1 of spring mix greens with small handful of blueberries and 1 banana. Cook 2 scoops of waxy maize in water in microwave make it thick. Add half tsp virgin coconut and olive oil salt to taste. Drink greens smoothie, eat egg/potato then waxy maize.

    im just wondering why use of whey protein for pre workout i thought it is only for post workout supplements and if you take whey protein for pre workout then take another whey protein for post is that right? coz i drink no explode for pre then whey for post..someone answer it pls

    @luimarco i’ve been using oats for about a year now. they are whole wheat and NOTHING added. just pure oats. i actually like them. sometimes i add a little sweetener (  no aspartame ) + whey . you should try that, it’s sweet and chocolate flavour (:
    and it fills me up for a loooong time.

    @luimarco it’s noted in the ingredients. which means it’s added. also its 5grams of sugar per 100grams of the product. so i would have to eat about 100grams of weetabix to hit around 50grams of carbs. and a fifth of that would be added, pure sugar. that sucks^^

    @fantscheck if it is added sugar no good even though 5 grams per 100 is really not that much man considering you’ll be eating like 50 grams of Carbs per meal Maximum ,,, but check if it is added sugar or not

    dude , i can not find shredded wheat in switzerland. the only thing they sell here is weetabix and that shit has got like 5grams of sugar per 100grams. really pisses me off.

    @rockcheesetermite i dont think you want to. my health teacher told us of this kid she had who was 1% body!! fat! and he was ALWAYS COLD!!! they got outa the pool one time and he was shaking because his organs and shit has no protection from the harsh temperature
